Step 1: Visit Our Website
Go to www.manateecoffee.com
Step 2: Click "Subscriptions"
In the website header, click Subscriptions.
Step 3: Select "Manage Subscription"
From the Subscriptions page, click Manage Subscription.
Step 4: Click on "Manage Subscriptions" on this Login Page
On the login screen, instead of putting in the e-mail and password, leave the boxes blank - trust us! Just click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button below the sign in. We've circled it in green below.
Step 5: Log In to Your Subscription Account
You are now on the correct subscription login page! See image below for reference. After doing the two-step verification, you will be redirected into the subscription portal, where you may manage it as needed through the sections listed on the right-hand side.
Step 6: Manage Your Subscription
Once logged in, you'll be able to:
- Update your shipping address
- Change your payment method
- Edit your coffee selections
- Adjust delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- View your subscription history
